Photo & Video Shoots

At Breeo, I supported marketing and product shoots by keeping logistics tight, finding the right locations, and making sure the right people were in the right place—so the creative team could focus on capturing great content.

Breeo examples

  • Built the relationship and secured the location for the pizza oven launch at Ironbound Cider & Farm (New Jersey), using their farm and outdoor pavilion for photo/video content capture.
  • Partnered with Breeo’s PR firm, Outside PR, on a single-day event that combined the launch + PR Summit—shuttled 8 writers/bloggers from New York City, plus 3 local attendees who drove themselves.
  • Coordinated freelance photographers and videographers for Breeo social media ad content.
  • Sourced volunteers for the Y‑Series tailgate shoot at Acrisure Stadium (Pittsburgh, PA)—background extras in a tailgating scene; one volunteer brought an Airstream to elevate the set.
  • Supported the Creative Director by recommending locations and sourcing volunteers using my nationwide relationships and connections.

What I do on shoot days

  • Run-of-show support, day-of schedules, and on-set coordination
  • Shot-list support and keeping teams aligned to timing
  • Vendor + talent communication and quick problem-solving onsite
  • Clean handoff of captured content and notes back to marketing

Tools

  • Asana, Slack, Google Sheets / Drive
  • Basic budget trackers and production checklists
  • Vendor lists, location notes, and schedule templates

Quotes

Quote

“Drew has an energy about him that gets everyone excited to be involved. A few years back, we took on this project of roasting an entire pig on the back of a horse and buggy with the Breeo fire pit for YouTube. Drew was able to keep morale high even through hiccups and hurdles we encountered. On camera, he is a natural, engaging the viewers with his charm and wittiness. He has always been super easy to work with and I always look forward to the next project where we get to collaborate on projects. Drew is passionate about brands that make genuine products.”

Quote

“I met Drew at an event 4 years ago. We were working on different activations and despite the chaos of event load-in and set up, he came over to offer help if we needed anything. Drew delivered a premium experience single handedly, zero staff or help, and found a way to be present, kind, and approachable. I was grateful we had overlap on other events that same summer. As I got to know Drew, he proved to be the same person as my first impression. He is genuinely a person of deep character, kindness and truly lovely to be around. We worked side by side at a handful of events over the past 2 years and each time I was more impressed with his calmness and ability to connect with absolutely everyone. Every member of my team absolutely adores him. If I had the budget and scope, I’d hire him immediately to run our events full time. Events can be stale and copy paste format. Being onsite is not the same as making impressions on event participants. Drew has developed ways of creatively bringing consumers and participants to him. If that’s not landing, I’ve literally seen him go to the participants. He set up a fire pit and began cooking chicken wings at the base of a ski lift to hand out hot food and print materials to riders at a bike event.”
